Infant Massage Classes

Learn massage techniques for your new baby from a licensed massage therapist. Infant massage has been shown to improve sleep patterns, increase immune function, and improve bonding. Massage is great for infants of all ages. I offer a series of 3 classes (45-60 minutes each) given once a week to allow you to practice in between and come back with any questions you may have. $20 per class or $50 if paid in advance.

Couples Pregnancy Massage Class

Come learn massage techniques for pregnancy and birth. This private class is usually 45-60 minutes long and customized to fit your needs. $45

Reiki Classes

For individuals interested in learning Reiki I offer private (and occasionally group) classes.
