Prenatal Massage
Regular massage during pregnancy has been shown to improve outcomes for mothers and babies. It's a drug free way to relieve the common aches and pains of pregnancy and practice relaxation. Sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes long and are customized to fit your needs.
$1 per Minute ~ I offer a sliding scale for families that would otherwise not be able to afford massage. If you are interested just let me know when scheduling your session and we can work something out.
Postnatal Massage
Therapeutic Massage
A customized session ranging from light to deep pressure. I can incorporate reflexology, cranial sacral therapy, trigger point therapy, shiatsu and Reiki into any massage.
$1 per Minute, minimum of 30 minutes.
Reiki
A relaxation technique from Japan involving healing energy. A Reiki session allows your body to relax and better heal itself.
Hot Stone
$80 for a 60 minute session
